Hand in Hand Foundations Course
The Hand in Hand Foundations Course is a deep dive into the five Hand in Hand parenting tools–connection-based skills that help resolve big feelings and difficult behaviors.
These tools make a HUGE difference with parenting challenges such as defiance, separation anxiety, sibling conflict, morning & bedtime struggles.
In this course, you’ll learn how to:
Understand your child’s emotions and how they drive behavior off course
Respond to difficult behaviors like defiance, anxiety and aggression with confidence and clarity.
Set limits in a new way, without resorting to threats, punishment, or yelling.
Ease children’s fears & boost cooperation using play & laughter
Restore energy & build support for your parenting.
This course is for parents or caregivers of children 10 and under.

The class is offered virtually and in-person (in my office in downtown Northampton).
