You deserve meaningful support & solid skills to do your best at the work that matters most.
Parenting is hard.
I can help you grow your confidence, lead your family well, and have more fun while you’re at it.
Hi, my name is Caryn Brady (she/her).
I’m a psychotherapist, a parent of two, and certified Hand in Hand instructor.
I can’t promise to make parenting easy.
But I can give you a roadmap for understanding your kid’s behavior and a clear sense of how you can respond effectively in the challenging moments that happen on repeat.
With some simple, connection-based skills and generous doses of support, you can help your child (and yourself) break out of longstanding emotional and behavioral struggles. I know firsthand that everyday life as a parent is transformed when chronic insecurity, uncertainty and frustration are replaced by clarity and confidence.
I would love to help you get there.

Join leading experts in neuroscience, psychology, and education for a dynamic virtual conference exploring the lasting impact of COVID-19 on youth development. Designed for mental health professionals, educators, and parents, this event examines how disrupted milestones, social isolation, and uncertainty have shaped children’s neurodevelopment learning and emotional wellbeing.
I’ll be speaking on a panel:

Along with other experts I will share practical strategies for strengthening partnerships, addressing systemic challenges, and creating environments where individuals and families can thrive.

What my clients say
Caryn was absolutely wonderful and supportive and a great group leader. Caryn showed up as a parent, a teacher, and a whole person to every class. The space she held was judgement free, playful, and open. I felt fully supported by her.
S, mother of 7 and 10 year old

I really loved this group and felt very supported by Caryn, the format, and the readings. I learned a lot and improved my parenting. I now allow my children to experience the full spectrum of their feelings rather than trying to tame them or shorten the experience. I have noticed that they are more connected to me and more willing to share what they are feeling.
M, mother of 10 and 12 year old
“
Since taking this class I listen more, talk less, and have fewer big reactions to my kids’ big feelings. I'm not adding unhelpful energy into the room. I’ve learned how to create more playful connections with my kids.
J, father of 6 and 9 year old
